Sunlight Increase The Quality Of Sperm
Bask in the morning sun proved beneficial for male sperm. Researchers from Australia found a third of the 794 men visiting a fertility clinic has a shortage of vitamin D.
This condition is caused by a growing number of men who are rarely exposed to sunlight exposure. Usually, they leave the office early in the morning before the sun rose, and came home from work after sunset.
In this study, it can be concluded vitamin D, can make healthier sperm. Fertilization does require healthy sperm. The definition of healthy sperm is the perfect form, agile and have fast movements. If slow sperm movement or shape is not complete or swim towards the wrong direction, then there is the difficulty and failure in fertilization.
In this study, 123 men who hopes soon to get pregnant, doctors are asked to do this practice every morning, plus a healthy lifestyle. The result? Sperm quality is increased to 75%.
Evidently, from this study, 31 men who have the habit to bask in the sunshine is finally having a baby.
Sunlight is healthy before 9 am or after 4 pm. At the moment, we do not get short-wave light(short-wave rays: ultraviolet, x-rays, gamma rays, cosmos, otherwise get more long-wave rays: infrared).
