According to a new and very fashionable theory of natural food, we eat only live foods.
To be always energetic, healthy and happy, we must nourish your body a "living food". This means that the products contain natural vitamins, minerals, enzymes and other components necessary for human body.
Here are the basic rules to be followed by implementing a program of natural power:
- 3 / 5 of all consumable products - fruits and vegetables raw or half-baked form.
- 1 / 5 of all food consumed - natural fats (olive, soybean, sunflower and corn oil). As well as foods that contain natural sugar: honey, maple sugar, molasses, dried fruits (dried in the sun without preservatives), natural starches.
- 1 / 5 of all used products should contain proteins. They are rich in soy beans, lentils, brown rice, nuts of all kinds, fresh fish, natural cheese, sunflower seeds, and brewer's yeast.
- Starting the day with the need of fresh and juicy fruit. They contain a large number of minerals and vitamins that are easily and quickly digested. Fruits should be eaten raw and whole.
