Tips To Prevent Osteoporosis


Osteoporosis, or bone thinning is sometimes a scourge for women when entering 50.

Tanya gave some tips to cope with osteoporosis, ie with the right and regular exercise. Exercise can be done by walking, jogging and aerobics.

Exercise proper begins with the heating, cooling core sports and regular exercise while done three times a week about 20-60 minutes.

"If you want to swim, then have to jog to stretching first. Once completed, it must run into small pieces to cooling," he said.

Finally, pay attention to food intake of foods rich in calcium and protein as a base for the formation of bones, bleached by the sun, reduce caffeine, alcohol and stop smoking.
